This is the final reminder to get any dues rates changes in to me no later
than Monday, June 1st, 1998, 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.  After this time I
cannot guarantee that changes will be put into the membership system.  By
default, we will use your 1998 rates for 1999.  See the list below if you
are not sure of your 1998 dues rates.
