Hello INFORMS Student Chapter Officers, 
 
I am very pleased to announce a helpful new resource for all student
chapters.  Thanks to the hard work and dedication of three student
chapter officers and the invaluable guidance of Sanjay Mehrotra, our
Subdivisions Council VP for Chapters & Fora, we now have our first
"INFORMS STUDENT CHAPTER BEST PRACTICES GUIDE" to share with you.
